What could be more healthier, tastier for us and kids than Beetroot, Carrot and Spinach.

This is one of the easy and healthy recipe for kids especially good for their lunch boxes.

I started making this when I saw my daughter refusing to spinach and beetroot if I used to give her directly, (carrot she actually loves),  so I came up with this recipe and she instantly started liking it.

I started experimenting with loads of other veggies as well and it’s a success πŸ™‚

4. Now we are going to make three colorful doughs with the purees.
5. Add beetroot puree, salt, wheat flour, olive oil/ghee/butter and make a dough.
6. Follow the same process for carrot and Spinach too.

9. Roll out thin parathas and cook in medium flame both sides.
