ABCDE No Sugar Cupcakes
You must be wondering what is this ABCDE cupcakes and that too no sugar in it. Well I have used natural ingredients that contains natural sugar so this recipe does not require additional sugar at all. Let’s see what these stands for:
A= Apple
B= Banana
C= Carrot
D= Dates
E= Eggs
Isn’t it a great way to treat your kids with this wonderful recipe which is healthy and tasty too.
Ingredients
- Apple medium sized 1(fresh)
- Banana medium sized 2 (fresh and sweet) (elaichi bananas are best)
- Carrot medium sized 1(fresh)
- Dates 7-8
- Eggs 2
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Baking flour or maida 1 Cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Water 1/4 cup

Preparation:
Step 1: Cut Apple into small cubes or very small pieces, add grated carrot and add water in a pan.
Step 2: Turn on the flame, cook carrot and apple till water completely drains out.
Step 3: On another bowl smash bananas completely with the help of fork, add eggs, add vanilla essence and add cooked carrot and apple. With the help of blender make a puree.
Step 4: Add baking flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.Mix them together using cut and fold method.
Step 5 :Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
Please Note : This depend upon the size on cupcakes. If you are making mini cupcakes it will be ready in 15 minutes. If not cook for another 2-3 minutes and check.
